Tu es effectivement infecté par navipromo, entre autres

Commence par Désactiver l'UAC

Télécharge Navilog1 (d'IL-MAFIOSO) sur ton Bureau.
Clique-droit sur navilog1.exe > Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation effectuée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, clique-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau > Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur).
Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.

/!\ Ne fais pas les choix 2, 3 ou 4 sans mon accord ! /!\

Patiente jusqu'au message :

Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse. Referme le bloc-note.
(Le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque C:\fixnavi.txt)

Bonsoir benjinho,

Une partie de ton infection vient de l'installation de ce programme : WebMediaPlayer

Vérifie que l'UAC est toujours désactivé.

Clique-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 > Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur et laisse-toi guider.
Au menu principal, choisis l'option 2 et valide par ENTREE.

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC.
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts.
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.

(si ton PC ne redémarre pas automatiquement, redémarre-le normalement)

Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.

Patiente jusqu'au message :

Le bloc-note va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\)
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaître.
Copie/Colle le rapport final

PS :
Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Clique sur fichier et choisis Exécuter
Tape explorer.exe et valide. Ton bureau va réapparaître.

Dans l'onglet "Mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour" : si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter, accepte.

Ne jamais redémarrer en mode sans échec via MSConfig

Redémarre en Mode Sans Échec
Lance une analyse complète.
A la fin du scan, clique sur "Afficher les résultats" > "Supprimer la sélection" ou "Remove Selected"
Copie/colle le rapport final.

Pour vérification :

Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton bureau
Décompresse-le (clic droit > Extraire ici) et clique droit sur le fichier MSNFix.bat > Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
Exécute l'option R.
Si l'infection est détectée, effectue l'option N.
Sauvegarde le rapport puis fait un copier/coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain message.

Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations.Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.

Comment va le PC ?

Sa doit prendre combien de temps parce que l'écra reste juste sur scann avec trois petits points et rien d'autres.

MSNFix est simplement une vérification, si pas de problèmes particuliers, on peut le passer.

Mais pendant au moins 30 minutes il a pas changé il reste en écran bleu ou c'est marqué scann...

Un jour peut-être voudras-tu me répondre, comment va le PC ?

Pour MSNFix, peut-être un bug de Vista..sinon retélécharge le et désactive tes protections résidentes pendant le téléchargement et le scan.
