J'ai des tas de problèmes, et je voudrais remettre mon PC en ordre. Il y a des restes de logiciels que je ne parviens pas à effacer, d'autres morceaux ou .dll qui manquent etc....Comment faire? J'ai Registry mecanic qui répare pas mal, mais pas tout. Comment faire une bonne opération de nettoyage et remise en état? J'ai suivi les conseils, et maintenant je peux insérer une image dans mes messages de PC astuces. Satisfait? Moi oui

Les applis que tu n'arrives pas à désinstaller ...sont celles qui soit en cours d'utilisation (chargée en ram) , soit il manque des fichiers compagons (*.dll, *.ocx,....) à l'exécutable (*.exe).

Pour la 1ere catégorie, tu les vires en mode sans échec (touche F8 soutenue lors de l'affichage du POST-écran Bios monochrome).

Pour la 2eme catégorie, réinstalle l'appli pour la désinstaller (ajout/supp prog).

Pour les fic esseulés...

soit tu prends 'unlocker': http://www.libellules.ch/dotclear/index.php?post/2005/07/23/500-unlocker

soit 'fileassassin': http://www.libellules.ch/dotclear/index.php?post/2006/12/27/1576-fileassassin

Runscanner quant à lui...

. permet de voir ce qui est lancé-démarré (comparable à 'hijackThis' et tous 2 sont bien plus fouineur que 'msconfig')

. permet de comparer les fic déclarés dans la BdR par rapport aux fichiers manquants physiquement sur le DDur et de les notifier (-). De là il peut effectivement (à cocher devant le fic manquant) les virer de la BdR.

. permet de vérifier la légitimité (virus) d'un fic (click droit contextuel) en l'envoyant analysé sur VirusTotal par ex.

. permet de paramétrer directement les services (sans passer par 'services.msc').

Ce sont les 4 fonctionnalités que j'utilise le plus dans Runscanner.

à Houba et Mipierre,

J'ai chargé et exécuté Tuneup Disk Doctor. Avec redémarrage. Cela a pris une heure. CHKDSK vérifie etc.....A la fin, écran bleu "le volume est propre". Si je comprends bien, ceci "vérifie le système de fichiers eté vite les pertes de données." Mais ceci ne répare pas les morceaux perdus. Si "le volume est prpre", rien à faire? Existe-t-il un rapport du travail de CHKDSK?

Pour les explications de Houba, merci. Cela me semble énorme à faire !!!! et à comprendre. Je vais m'y mettre ...lentement pour être certain....

Après TuneUp, j'ai refait un Runscan. Voici le résultat. Oserai-je supprimer tous les "fichiers" devant lesquels je vois un signe (-)? Ce n'est pas dangereux?

Je fais "éxécuter"/sfc/scannow". Réponse Windows ne trouve pas sfc/scannow....

Voilà, c'est fait. le sfc/scannnow n'a rien détecté de mauvais. Donc rien de corrompu.

D'abord, je vous remercie pour tout ce temps passé à me répondre.

Ensuite, je reviens au point de base:

1) je voudrais recharger Cyberlink Powerproducer qui a disparu. Mais toujours on me dit qu'il existe déjà dans mon PC. Donc je bloque. Je cherche partout et ne trouve plus rien de ce logiciel.....

2) j'avais RestoreIT pour sauvegarder mes données, mais j'ai eu de nombreux problèmes avec. Je veux l'effacer complètement, mais j'ai constamment une réponse "failed load itdvnt.dll" qui m'empêche de le faire

3) Donc, j'ai bien envie de sauver ce que je peux, par copier/coller dans mon disque dur externe puis faire un point de restauration au plus ancien possible (je l'ai fait à la date du 25 septembre, mis rien ne change) . Mais est-ce que je ne risque pas de tout perdre?

4) Il m'arrive constamment de perdre des accès à CCleaner, Adobe Reader, Photoshop (que j'ai sur CD), Cyberlink....et je ne sais pourquoi. Je dois tout recharger chaque fois. Pourquoi? C'est pour cela que j'en ai marre et que je voudrais repartir une bonne fois sur une bonne base. Comment faire?
