| Petit astucien 122 Messages | Bonjour, Je suis nouveau sur le forum et je voudrais avoir votre avis sur des fenetres publicitaires qui s'ouvrent de façon aléatoire lorsque l'on va sur un site internet .On est obligé de fermer cette fenetre pour pouvoir revenir sur le site .J'ai Windows Vista et je suis qu'un débutant en matière d'ordinateur .J'ai l'antivirus d'Orange "FIREWALL" et je viens chercher de l'aide pour éliminer ce problème (adware?) Le problème a l'air de s'aggraver, il charge en permanence et se bloque. Pour écrire un mail, il faut attendre des lustres... Comment peut-on résoudre ce problème. Merci de votre aide. | ||

Petit astucien 119 Messages | Bonjour, J'ai eu un problème de ce type pendant plusieurs jours et il n'a été résolu que lorsque que j'ai fait une analyse avec la verson ad-adware 2007, qui a identifié des malwares non perçus par les autres outils. Voir Ici

| Petit astucien 122 Messages | Bonsoir , Tout d'abord merci pour votre aide . Nous sommes en procédure d'adoption donc nous avions un peu peur pour nos fichiers c'est pourquoi nous avons amené notre ordinateur chez un réparateur .Il était bien infecté par 1 spyware secure qui avait bien contaminé notre ordinateur mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre . Il était également trés difficille de faire les manips car l'ordinateur était très très lent !!!!
