Petit astucien

Bonsoir à tous.

Je suis sous windows xp-sp3.

Pc Dell optiplex 745.

J'ai fait une sauvegarde du disque "C" avec "Acronis true image V 9.0"

Mais lorsque j'ai voulu la restaurer j'ai ce message d'erreur,au moment où le pc est redemarré:

Erreur E000101f4:

Acronis true image n'a detecté aucun lecteur de disque dur.

Je suis vraiment coincé,etant donné que j'ai supprimé tous les points de restauration avec "tuneup".

Aidez moi s'il vous plait à restaurer cette image disque.

Bonsoir,

tu peux essayer de démarrer le PC avec le CD d'Acronis (vérifier dans le BIOS que le lecteur CD est le premier dans l'ordre de démarrage), soit le CD original, soit le "CD de démarrage de secours" que j'espère tu n'as pas manqué de faire lorsque tu as installé ce logiciel.

Ensuite sous ATI tu rentres dans le menu "Vérification d'une archive" (ou quelque chose de similaire) et tu choisis ta sauvegarde.

Si elle est contrôlée correcte, tu lances la restau avec elle, toujours depuis ATI lancé sur le CD.

Sinon ...

Pour info, moi je garde toujours 2 ou 3 sauvegardes (les plus récentes) faites à 3 semaines/1 mois d'intervalle et lorsque je fais ces backups je les vérifie toujours (c'est une option à paramétrer dans les préférences de ATI). Et je ne fais que des sauvegardes complètes (pas d'incémentielles ou de différentielles).

Mais malheureusement,je n'ai pas fais ce CD boutable.

Ca a toujours marché sur un autre pc que j'avais,mais avec celui ci,c'est un probleme.

J'ai les sauvegarde sur des cd,mais qui ne sont pas boutables.

Chépas, mais ça m'est arrivé avec un ATIH 2009 Build chépus combien ...

J'avais résolu le problème avec une mise à jour d'ATIH vers une build supérieur !

Tu m'as eclairci,j'ai utilisé Acronis 2011 et ça a marché.

J'ai tatonné parce que le logiciel est en anglais et je ne suis pas anglophone.

Le tuto du 01net, ressemble étrangement à Acronis 2010(et au tuto d'Eliot3,ICI),ils ont juste changé le titre,on dirait.

Voici un tuto que correspond bien à Acronis 2011(en tout cas comme le mien)
