Le logiciel hijackthis n'est plus utilisé sur PCastuces depuis bien longtemps déjà !

Ce logiciel est tout à fait obsolète.

Pour répondre à tes questions, c'est un windows seven par contre je n'ai pas "fouillé" à l'intérieur pour voir si des choses peu recommandables ont été utilisées ou installées. Si tu en remarques, je les supprimerais sans la moindre hésitation

Une fois que tu auras supprimé le maximum de logiciels nuisibles, il se peut qu'il y en ait que tu ne trouve pas, tu vas faire ce qui suit

Tu vas passer ZHPCleaner

N'oublie pas de réactiver ton antivirus.

Aucun des programmes cités dans ton avant-dernier post ne figure dans la liste des programmes à supprimer. J'ai donc installé puis lancé le scan de zhpCleaner lequel plante sur une fenêtre d'erreur "autoit line 47021 (file c:\user\melissa\desktop\ZHPCleaner.exe) error: array variable has incorrect number of subscripts or subscript dimension range exceeded". Pour info, à l'heure actuelle il n'y a pas moyen d'installer un antivirus sur ce pc et je le répare hors connexion. En espérant que ces informations te seront utiles.

Oui, par 2 fois et 2 fois le scan a planté après que cette fenêtre soit apparue...

Selon ma fille, avast n'aurait jamais été installé...

Tu peut en mettre un autre tel que Avira, Commodo ou AVG

Windows Defender est activé sur le pc

Enfin ! Avast s'est installé correctement et a supprimé des virus. Bizarrement, la version d'avast proposé chez clubic ne passait pas tandis qu'une autre téléchargée ici passe. C'est à n'y rien comprendre mais tant mieux, une bonne chose de faite...

Je dois être maudite parce que le scan dAdwCleaner bloque sur "en attente. Veuillez décocher les éléments que vous ne souhaitez pas supprimer", est-ce normal ? Par contre en cliquant sur rapport j'obtiens un résultat... Je le poste au cas où cela suffirait.
