Mon C:\ est atteint de rougeole...817 Mo de Libre sur 43.9 GO

Voici la liste des programmes installés, il y en a beaucoup... trop

Pourriez-vous m'aider à sélectionner ceux que je peux supprimer sans danger et comment procédér car beaucoup n'apparaissent pas dans la liste proposée par CCleaner.
