Bonjour à tous,

Je suis sous Linux Mint 21.3 Virginia en dual boot avec windows 8.1 (qui ne me sert qu'à mettre à jour mon Tom Tom).

Suite à une réinstallation de windows 8.1 (UEFI), je ne peux que booter sur Mint, le boot sur Windows à disparu.

J'ai essayé :

- Boot-repair à partir du live de Mint

- Plusieurs manips à partir de Rescatux sur ma clé Ventoy

Je n'ai pas réussi à rétablir un grub opérationnel.

On ne réinstalle jamais Windows après Linux, comme Crosoft ne respecte rien il écrase tout.

Donnes les retours de : efibootmgr -v via terminal

et de : sudo update-grub

Je ne vois rien de spécial, grub détecte Mint (vu comme Ubuntu c'est normal) et Windows). Donc normalement tu dois avoir une ligne Windows dans le grub au démarrage. J'espère que Windows n'est pas configuré en démarrage rapide en que ton bios n'as pas le sécure boot dans un premier temps.

Que se passe-t-il si tu sélectionne l'entée Windows du grub (après avoir vérifié les points ci dessus bien sûr) ?

Dans le bios

- Démarrage sécurisé Désactivé

- Vitesse démarrage Normale

Je n'ai pas d'entrée Windows dans le Grub.

désolé, mais je n'avais pas redémarré avant ma réponse ci dessus.

Je viens de redémarrer et surprise "je vois une ligne windows " dans le grub.

Je teste et ça marche.

Par quel miracle, je n'en sais rien, mais ça marche.

C'est le update-grub qui a rajouté l'entrée qui avait été supprimée, oui fallait redémarrer si une nouvelle entrée a été trouvée. Bonne soirée
