Bonjour, j'ai branché ma freebox il y a qq jours suite à un déménagement. Alors que tout fonctionnait bien dans mon ancien appart, là j'ai un problème de connexion, explications:

la freebox fonctionne bien, indique l'heure comme il faut et l'ordinateur est bien connecté à internet. Au bout d'environ 20 minutes après avoir commencé à utiliser Firefox, je ne peux plus visiter de nouveaux sites internet ni avec Firefox ni avec IE. Aucun message d'erreur ne s'affiche du type "le site est introuvable" ou je ne sais quoi. Les navigateurs continuent d'essayer de charger les pages web indéfiniment. Pourtant la connexion fonctionne toujours, puisque je peux tout de même me connecter à Msn Messenger sans problème, et écouter des radios internet avec Winamp. Mais pour pouvoir visiter de nouveaux sites, je suis obligée de redémarer l'ordinateur. Ce qui fait que je le redémarre toutes les 20 minutes environ.

Aucun message d'erreur ne s'affiche. Le symbole qui dit que l'ordinateur est connecté à internet est toujours visible. Je n'utilise pas de wifi et ce n'est pas un problème de branchement.

Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée? une histoire de paramètres peut-être?

sinon, regarde aussi du côté de ton firewall, s'il est bien configuré. fais aussi, en cas, une analyse hitjackthis, des fois que tu aurais entre temps choper une cochonnerie.

bonsoir, je pense que ma freebox est bien configurée, je n'utilise ni routeur ni wifi et puis je n'ai modifié aucun paramètre depuis que je l'ai (deux ans).

j'ai ZoneAlarm en pare-feu, c'est pareil, je n'en ai pas modifié les paramètres dernièrement, j'ai quand même vérifié et je n'ai pas interdit l'accès internet aux navigateurs ni aux autres programmes. Et puis même en fermant ZA, ça bug.

si tu as une freebox et que tu te connectes en ethernet, tu as un routeur qui fait firewall matériel ... pas besoin de ZA. désinstalle proprement ZA en suivant la procédure sur leur site.

le rapport hitjackthis est à poster dans le forum sécurité. personnellement, je ne peux rien te dire car mon système est à base d'Unix.

merci pour la réponse, je viens de poster le rapport dans Sécurité et j'ai désinstaller ZoneAlarm. Je pense quand même installer un autre pare feu car ZoneAlarm bloquait qd même beaucoup d'intrusions malveillantes.. Cela dit mon problème de connexion vient peut-être réellement de ZoneAlarm.. j'attends de voir si ça bug encore du côté de Firefox..

rien à signaler du côté du rapport HijackThis, et là, la navigation remarche normalement... j'en conclus que le problème venait de ZoneAlarm!
