Une remarque importante : Je ne vois pas la présence d'un antivirus sur ce rapport !
Pour cette ligne :

Est-ce toi qui a bloqué l'accès au registre ?
Si ce n'est pas le cas il faut la fixer avec Hijackthis.
Ainsi que cette ligne

Tu lances Hijackthis par Do a system scan only et tu coches ces deux lignes, puis clic sur Fix checked.

Seconde remarque : Tu ne nous donnes pas beaucoup d'indications sur la teneur de tes problèmes, cela peut aider aussi pour diagnostiquer.

Télécharge Antivir Free d'Avira
http://dl1.avgate.net/down/windows/antivir_workstation_winu_fr_h.exe
Clique sur fichier antivir_workstation_winu_fr_h.exe pour l'installer.
Mets-le à jour.
Dans Configuration, coche Mode Expert en haut à gauche.
Clique sur Scanner, sur Recherche et sur Actions en cas de résultat positif.
Dans la partie droite coche Automatique et Copier le fichier dans la quarantaine avant l'action.
Dans Action principale avec le menu par la flèche choisis réparer
Dans Action secondaire renommer.
Tu valides tout ces choix par OK.
Tu cliques sur l'icône du bureau pour le lancer ou sur celle près de l'horloge.
A gauche dans Aperçu > Etat, tu cliques sur Contrôler syst.maintenant.
L'analyse peut durée une heure ou plus selon la taille de tes données.
Quand la barre de progression sera à 100% tu cliques sur Rapport.
Tu fais un copier-coller de la totalité dans ta réponse puis tu le fermes et tu cliques sur Arrêter.
Tu le retrouveras dans Aperçu > Rapports > Recherche avec la date correspondante.
Double-clique dessus et ensuite sur Rapport pour l'ouvrir.

Rappel pour copier coller:
CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
CTRL+C pour copier
CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse

Tu joindras un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.

salut , en executant la premiere etape jé recu le message suivant : la modification du registre est interdite .

jé pas pu telecharger avira , je telecharge le fichier , mais une fois que je veux l'installer ; et en appuyant sur executer , tout disparait , et je ne le trouve nul part.

les problemes que je rencontre avec mon ordi sont les suivants :

Bonjour.

A partir d'un autre pc, si tu en as la possibilité, tu télécharges CCleaner et Avira Antivir.

Tu transfères les fichiers d'installations sur ton pc et tu coupes la connexion en débranchant ton modem par exemple.

Tu installes les deux programmes et tu redémarres.

CCleaner Slim

Clique sur : CCleaner v2.20.9250- Slim / No Toolbar / 979 KB / Download now...(en bas).
Installes-le.
Dans Options, Avancé, tu retires la coche devant : Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures

AntiVir Personal

Clique sur fichier antivir_workstation_winu_fr_h.exe pour l'installer.

Dans Configuration, coche Mode Expert en haut à gauche.
Clique sur Scanner, sur Recherche et sur Actions en cas de résultat positif.
Dans la partie droite coche Automatique et Copier le fichier dans la quarantaine avant l'action.
Dans Action principale avec le menu par la flèche choisis réparer
Dans Action secondaire renommer.
Tu valides tout ces choix par OK.

Une fois rdémarré :

Tu nettoies les fichiers temporaires avec CCleaner.

Dans la page principale, (clic sur le pinceau à gauche), clique sur Analyse
Une fois celle-ci terminée, clique sur Lancer le nettoyage et confirme la suppression des fichiers.

Pour Antivir

Tu cliques sur l'icône du bureau pour le lancer ou sur celle près de l'horloge.
A gauche dans Aperçu > Etat, tu cliques sur Contrôler syst.maintenant.
L'analyse peut durée une heure ou plus selon la taille de tes données.
Quand la barre de progression sera à 100% tu cliques sur Rapport.

Tu te reconnectes.
Tu fais un copier-coller de la totalité dans ta réponse puis tu le fermes et tu cliques sur Arrêter.
Tu le retrouveras dans Aperçu > Rapports > Recherche avec la date correspondante.
Double-clique dessus et ensuite sur Rapport pour l'ouvrir.

Rappel pour copier coller:

• CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
• CTRL+C pour copier
• CTRL+V pour coller dans la réponse

salut jé telecharger avira personnel et graver sur un cd , depuis un cyber. mais une fois chez moi jé constaté que cé compressé , je l'ouvre et il y a plein de trucs qui s'affichent . je fais comment pour l'installer ?

Il suffit de mettre les setup téléchargés sur une clé USB par exemple, si tu passes par un cyber café.

Il faut la vacciner au paravant.

- Désinstalle Antivir et installe Kaspersky.
- Démarre en mode sans échec.

Après la fermeture de la première fenêtre du BIOS, au tout début de la phase de démarrage du PC (boot), appuyer sur F8.
Une fenêtre de type DOS s'ouvre, sélectionner Mode sans échec à l'aide des flèches du clavier et cliquer sur Entrée (Enter)
Ne t'inquiète pas de l'aspect, Windows démarre avec le minimum nécessaire et peut prendre quelque minutes pour démarrer.
Il faut choisir la même session qu'en mode normal et non pas la session Administrateur qui n'apparaît que sous ce mode.

- Démarre Kaspersky à partir du Menu Démarrer - Tous les programmes - Kaspersky Anti-virus
- Une icône avec un K grisé apparaît près de l'horloge.
- Clique droit sur cette icône, puis "Analyser le Poste de travail" dans le menu contextuel qui s'ouvre.
- Le scan de l'ordinateur va démarrer
- Le scan terminé, supprime tout ce qui a été détecté.
- Créé un rapport à partir du bouton Enregistrer-sous en bas de la fenêtre, enregistre le fichier sous le nom Kaspersky.txt sur ton bureau
- Redémarre en mode normal.
- Double-clique sur le fichier Kaspersky.txt qui se trouve sur ton bureau et copie-colle le rapport dans ta réponse.
