(au préalable une suppression avec glary puisque tu l'as(juste fichiers ,pas registre (tout en un))serait un plus ainsi qu'une défragmentation.

aussi une fois téléchargé l'exécuter en mode sans echec (peut-etre un souci avec zonealarm )

et ton ton ne me convient pas.

chkdsk va vérifier ton disque et réparer s'il le peut ce qui ne vas pas.

clic sur démarrer/poste de travail puis dans propriétés de c: clic sur outils/vérifier maintenant et coches la case du bas.

J'ai passé un anti virus en ligne RAS

Je suis limité car j'ai pas de grandes connaissances d'ou ma demande d'aide

Là j'ai une tres vielle version de 2007 qui marche mais je voudrai arriver tout de même à réinstaller une version plus recente

Donc je tente de suivre vos conseils et même echec à l'installation

ce qu'on va faire alors c'est de désinstaller l'ancienne version proprement

telecharge Deepclean.

1. Décompresser le fichier (vers le bureau par exemple)
2. Double cliquer sur "WLMessenger_DeepClean.wsf" (fichier bleu)

3. Appuyer sur "Enter"

ensuite tu installe la nouvelle version

Il y a du progres j'ai réussi à installer normalement la version

le programme s'ouvre normalement amis j'ai une fenetre

erreur 8007007e qui dit que le service n'est pas disponible

donc conec impossible

peut etre le pare feu windows ou autre

essaye aussi de redemarrer le pc

J'ai du tout de même refaire 2 fois l'instal et 2 redémarage mais ça fonctionne bien
