Depuis hier gros problème.. l'écran de mon ordinateur portable (Dell latitude 630 VISTA prof ) s'efface lentement puis s'éteint; ensuite s'est l'odi qui s'éteint en faisant comme un petit "cri".

je l'ai redémarré plusieurs fois en mode normal (la je suis en mode "sans échec" et il fonctionne, mais bien sur pas comme dab..).

Au redémarrage, soit il redémarre normalement puis tout s'arrete et s'efface,soit se sont 6 petits écrans en horizontal et vertical qui s'allume en même temps.

Avant de vous déranger, j'ai lu quelques solutions apportés à d'autres sur ce forum et entre autres:

- j'ai téléchargé AVS4 YOU : le driver NVDIA est le plus récent installé...

- j'ai essayé de suivre les conseils donnés sur l'ordi à savoir diminuer l'intensité lumineuse, les couleurs etc... rien n'y fait.

-Pour la bonne forme j'ai fait une défragmentation, une vérification des volumes disques, une restauration système, une analyse de la mémoire..RAS

Je pense qu'il doit y avoir un problème avec la carte NVEDIA ou autre chose bien sur

je pense plus aussi a un blème pilote ou logiciel mais comme tu es sous vista tu devrais demander le transfer de ton sujet dans le forum "vista" ,en cliquant sur le triangle jaune

Je suis toujours dans la mouise...

j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le logiciel NVIDIA version7.15.11.5669 pris sur le site téléchargement de Dell... hier no problemo.. ce matin l'écran s'est figé à nouveau et s'est éteint.

J'ai suivi les conseil de windows en diminuant l'intensité de NVIDIA.

Ce matin pour la première fois windows ma affiché me message suivant qui ne m'avance pas plus car je suis profane en ce domaine/

Le changement de c.mère n'avait pas résolu son pb jusqu'au jour où 'supermembrax' a changé la ram et le ventirad.

Et comme ton pb est survenu tout d'un coup, j'aurais tendance à le croire plutôt qu'un simple pb de pilotes. Mets toi enrapport

avec le SAV de Dell.

Merci pour l'info, je suis allé sur le forum relatif au problème NVIDIA, personne a trouvé la solution et dell est dans les choux apparemment...pour l'instant du moins. je vais les appeler lundi mais bon...

En attendant je vais télécharger "super..man" et je vais voir ce que ça donne

j'ai eu le service technique de Dell au téléphone. Il m'a fait réinitialiser tout l'ordi... et recharger tous les pilotes. Après avoir tout installé , j'ai fait un nettoyage complet et défragmentation. Le soir même l'écran s'est à nouveau figé et éteint, puis quand je rallume tout repart normalement et à un moment se fige à nouveau etc...le message suivant apparait parfois et empêche d'éteindre:

Il y a eu reformatage de l'ordi et réinstallation de tous les pilotes et composants.

Le problème se pose avec ou sans prise secteur.

L'ordi ne chauffe pas plus que dab et le ventilo (que je nettoie tous les mois) fonctionne bien..

Bon j'ai finalement désintallé NVIDIA et vista m'a automatiquement basculé sur le logiciel basique installé sur Dell. Bien sur la définition est bien moins bonne et surtout les couleurs. mais l'image ne fige plus et l'ordi ne plante plus.

Je pense quand même que la carte graphique en a pris un coup dans le nez et ne supporte plus un pilote trop puissant.

Je vais voir le blème avec Dell car garantie 3 ans...

Voila si ça peut aider quelqu'un qui a les mêmes soucis que moi et toute remarque ou suggestion sera la bienvenue
