Voici un copié-collé de mon post. Je ne sais pas si j'ai un souci de virus ou quoi donc je tente ma chance ici...Merci d'avance pour votre aide !

Bonsoir tout le monde !

N'ayant pas eu de réponse pour mon problème avec uTorrent qui reste constamment rouge, je poste un nouveau sujet car finalement ce n'est pas le SEUL problème...

En fait, plus aucun logiciel nécessitant une connexion internet ne fonctionne : messenger, betclic, uTorrent,...

De plus, lorsque je fais une recherche sur un moteur de recherche et que je clique sur le line qui m'intéresse j'ai 3 options :

- le bon site s'ouvre donc ok

- une fenêtre internet s'ouvre m'indiquant que mon PC est infesté de trojan et veut m'installer un fichier .exe ??? je refuse et ferme cette fenêtre et reclic sur mon lien et la bonne page s'affiche enfin

- une fenêtre internet s'ouvre avec un autre moteur de recherche "search" je sais plus quoi...et je dois donc recommencer à cliquer sur mon lien...

Avec tout ça, j'ai souvent des pages qui ne s'ouvrent pas et indiquant "Oops this page is broken -DNS error"...

D'ailleurs dans le rapport d'erreur de messenger c'est également DNS qui pose un souci...

Le service technique de SFR est incapable de m'aider pour le moment...

Je ne peux donc plus télécharger quoi que ce soit, ni utiliser mes logiciels de poker ou msn, ni regarder le site "wat.tv" puisque seules les pubs veulent bien fonctionner et rien d'autre...

c'est la seconde fois que l'on te demande d'effectuer/transmettre ce controle...

si tu ne veux pas faire,ton pc ne se soignera pas tout seul.
