| Bonjour à tous,
Voila j'ai un vieil ordi que j'utilise tous les jours, il a 2 disques durs:le C:(avec les programmes et quelque fichiers sauvegardés) capacité de 40 Go il me reste actuellement que 6 Go de réserve et un disque dur D: de 60 Go ou il me reste que 18 Go de réserve.à cela j'ai aussi un disque dur externe de 500 Go ou je fais des sauvegardes supplémentaires (photos, paye et gestion)
Je commence sérieusement à ramer, je ne peux plus mettre de programme dessus.
Je suis en XP2 (j'ai aussi un PC portable en Windows7 mais je n'aimes pas)
J'aimerais changer ce disque dur C: avec un autre de plus grande capacité
comment faire ?
je pensait débrancher la nappe du D: et ensuite réinstaller le C: sur le nouveau
Tout ce qui est mécanique (démonter, remonter etc.) je sais faire, mais le reste, tous ce qui logiciel j'ai un peu de mal, mais j'y arrive si j'ai les bons éléments.

Y'a beaucoup de choses a dire alors je vais essayer d'être le plus clair possible.
Pour commencer est-tu sur que C: et D: sont 2 disques dur différents? En effet il s'agit souvent d'un même disque dur partionné en 2 et c'est probablement ton cas..
Pour le vérifier, fais un clic droit sur le poste de travail et choisi l'option "gérer".
Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'ouvre, clic sur la gauche sur gestion des disques (cf ci-dessous).

Tu peux remarquer que sur mon PC, j'ai 1 disque (le 0) partionné en 2 --> C: et D:

Edite une capture de la gestion des disques !
Les disques n'ont pas de lettres, mais des chiffres : 0, 1, 2 etc les partitions, elles, ont des lettres ! |

| Je veux juste connaitre la procédure à suivre pour tot recopier mon disque dur sur un autre disque dur.
Je vais juste débrancher mon disque secondaire ou il n'y a que de l'archivage et utiliser sa nappes pour brancher un disque neuf.

| Hello,
Ton nouveau disque si tu es en IDE (Nappe de conection large 50 broches) tu le montes en esclave sur ta machine. (Position du cavalier Slave indiquée sur le disque)
Tu télécharges clonezilla par exemple, tu crées le CD de boot avec l'image.
Tu mets ton cd dans ton PC et tu bootes sur le CD.
Tu recopies ton ancien disque sur le nouveau.
Tu peux aussi utiliser un ghost ou autre copieur de disques
Tu retires l'ancien disque sans oublier de remettre le cavalier dans la position maître (Master) et le tour est joué.

Beaucoup de travail, pas beaucoup de temps pour m'occuper de mon ordi.
Je viens d'acheter le nouveau disque dur, par contre c'est un SATA 2,5" et j'étais avant en IDE
Comment savoir si ma carte mère va l'accepter, je sais qu'il faut que j'achète un adaptateur à cause de la connectique qui n'est pas la meme, mais avant cela je voudrais savoir si la carte mère peut l'accepter et comment le savoir.

Tu as mis la charrue avant les boeufs! Avant d'acheter n'importe quoi il faut demander.
Pourquoi un 2.5 pouces? Sur une tour c'est du 3.5 pouces qu'il faut.
Pour savoir si ta carte mère accepte les DD Sata il faut regarder les caractéristiques de cette CM.
Heverest te donnera tous ces renseignements. Sinon il faut ouvrir la tour et regarder ce qui est écrit sur la CM. |

| Voila , j'ai un peu de temps devant moi donc j'ai installé le DD sata que je viens d'acheter, mais j'ai un problème il n'est pas détecté par le Bios
donc je ne peux pas avancer.
Pour le moment je l'ai mis en slave ( jumpers 3 4) c'est un wd caviar green 500go
Les deux autres disques sont en IDE, celui qui a le Windows dessus ( jumpers 1 2) master l'autre je l'ai débrancher
Est ce qu'il y a une solution ?

Tu dois te tromper, sur du SATA il n'y a pas de Jumper !!! ou alors tu a acheté un disque IDE....

Vérifies déjà tes branchements.
Est-ce bien du SATA ?
AS tu bien une alimentation branchée sur ton SATA ?
C'est une erreur récurente d'oublier l'alim....
Regardes bien les photos de cables envoyées par Triode94. Les 2 connecteurs doivent être branchés sur du SATA (Comme sur de l'IDE d'ailleurs)
Installes ensuite ton nouveau disque seul et regarde s'il est reconnu par ton bios.
Vérifies au démarrage que tu le sens tourner en posant délicatement la main dessus.
Si tu ne sens rien il peut arriver qu'il soit HS d'origine, mais c'est extrênement rare, dans ce cas retour au SAV.
