Bonjour

Quand je vais désormais sur certains sites habituels, je recois un message disant qu'ol faudrait installe le module: Adobe flash player installer. Si j'accepte je recois le message d'erreur

"Echec de linstallation Adobe flash player

pour obtenir des cosneils de dépannage aller sur le site http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_19166_fr"

Quand j'y vais sur cette page, j'ai un message qui me dit que cette page n'est pas disponible

En parallèle de ca j'ai certaines applis qui ne fonctionnent plus (e-carte La poste par exemple); j'ai un message qui me dit qu'il faut adobe flash player version 9. le problème c'est que je l'ai déja installé et que j'usquà présent ca marchait tres bien.

depuis et apres de multiples manips, j'ai désinstallé adobe flash player version 9 en tenté d etout réinstallé proprement mais je n'arriva pas à le réinstaller (voir message d'erreur ci dessus)

Que se passe t-il ? Avez vous une idée pour résoudre ce problème?

j'ai exécuté la procédure mais lorsque je veux:

- double-clic sur NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe

il ne se passe absolument rien (j'ai exécuté la procédure plusieurs fois et toujours pareil); le contenu du répertoire flash est conforme à ce qui est indiqué. Bizarre !!!

Et dans ajout/suppression de programmes, tu as quoi ?

apparemment y a un problème; j'ai le fichier plug in mais pas l'active X .

Même chose chez moi. J'ai vu dans ta config que tu avais Internet Explorer 7.

- ne rien supprimer dans le dossier Flash

C'est tout le problème du FlashPlayer : on ne sait jamais vraiment pourquoi il lui arrive de perdre les pédales, ensuite, ce n'est pas évident pour l'installer.

- tout virer (avec l'uninstaller)

- installer Firefox
- définir Firefox comme navigateur par défaut (menu outils / options / onglet avancé / onglet Général : cliquer sur "Vérifier maintenant").

- fermer toutes tes applications, y compris les navigateurs et les programmes qui se lancent au démarrage
- tenter une nouvelle fois l'installation hors-ligne.

Bon ben ca marche pas mieux. Lorsque je

- double-clic sur NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe, il ne se passe rien (comme avec IE7)

le contenu du répertoire flash est conforme à ce qu'il doit être : Dans ajout/ suppr programme, il manque l'active X

Juste un petit passage,sans vouloir empiéter sur le domaine de maybe.

J'ai eu un problème à peu près similaire et il a été résolu (merci le sioux) de la façon suivante.

Si ça peut etre utile, tant mieux. Sinon, maybe va surement trouver.

- copier/coller le contenu du fichier install.log dans ton prochain message

je pense avoir bien appliqué la procédure mais quand je double clique sur le fichier NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe, il ne se passe rien (le sablier apparait une fraction de seconde), comme précédemment

- cliquer sur la petite loupe de la barre d'outils pour arrêter la surveillance

- clic droit sur le premier processus / Exclude / Process Name

- Tu verras cette fenêtre apparaître un court instant (ne rien faire)

- clic droit sur le deuxième processus, et ainsi de suite jusqu'à ce que la fenêtre de Process Monitor soit vide.

- ouvrir C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash
- réduire la fenêtre dans la barre des tâches

- cliquer sur la petite loupe de ProcessMonitor pour relancer la surveillance

- réduire la fenêtre de Process Monitor dans la barre des tâches

- afficher la fenêtre de C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash

J'ia commencé la minip lais je me suis peut être plnté en route: quand k'ai cliqué droit sur le premier process, ensuite , j'ai pas cliqué sur le bon exclude. J'ai cliqué sur "Exclude" avec directement le nom du process a coté et non pas le "exclude" avec l'option process name. J'ai fait ca sur les 4 ou 5 premiers avant de me rendre dompte de mon erreur. J'en ai fait un normalement ensuite et j'ai eu le message "ioperation cancelled, the list view data may be incomplete"

Quoi il en soit j'ai des milliers de process enregistrés ; si je doius faire à ca un par un ca va prendre des heures; C'est normal ?

Ne pas attendre que tous les processus s'affichent pour commencer : tu vas planter l'ordi !

Pour le registre, c'était une vérification qui n'avait rien à voir avec HijackThis.

En tous cas, sauf erreur, ton rapport montre une infection. Je ne vais pas plus loin avec Flash tant que ça n'est pas réglé.

- cliquer sur le triangle jaune dans la barre d'outils de ton dernier message
- dans la fenêtre qui va s'afficher, taper la demande de transfert sur le forum sécurité
- poster un nouveau rapport HijackThis avec la bonne version
- ensuite, un autre intervenant prendra le relais

Ce n'est peut-être pas pour cette raison que Flash ne s'installe pas, mais dans le doute, je préfère m'assurer que le pc soit clean avant de continuer.
