Bonjour,

Impossible d'installer Avast sur mon PC portable tout neuf de marque Asus sous windows 10.

Ci dessous une copie du message d'échec du journal d'installation. Comment procéder ?

Bonjour..tu n'as pas un autre antivirus sur ton portable ? defender par exemple qui empêcherait l'installation d'un autre antivirus..recherche bien et évites de naviguer sur la toile sans antivirus..et lorsque tu en auras un n' hésites pas à passer MBAM par exemple pour ne pas continuer avec des saletés si ...

Oui j'ai bien l'impression que j'ai un defender sur mon portable. Je vais revoir cela ce soir, mais je ne sais pas comment désinstaller un antivirus defender. Je

vais chercher sur internet.

Merci Flober, mais le problème ne doit pas provenir de la source de téléchargement de Avast.

Merci à toi aussi Razibus de t'inquiéter d'une éventuelle infection pour mon portable. Rassure toi, pour l'instant je me connecte avec mon ancien pc, le temps

d'installer tous les logiciels nécessaires sur le nouveau.

Alors ne cherche pas trop commence par le désactiver -sur Windows 10 il est inclus avec Windows donc suppression ......-Je ne m'inquiète pas plus que cela mais pas la peine de prendre de risque .

Inutile de vouloir désinstaller Defender.

Il suffit d'installer n'importe quel antivirus

Denfender automatiquement est déactivé.

c'est tout simple.

Re désinstaller Défender avec Windows 10 très difficile sinon impossible mais qu'installer un autre antivirus et que Defender sera désactivé???sur mes PC à la mise en place de Windows 10 ça n'a pas été le cas j'ai bien été obligé de:

Désactiver Defender pour pouvoir télécharger Avast et je ne rêve pas.

Ne vous occupez pas de désinstaller Defender.

Installer n'importe quel antivirus

Défender est déactivé automatiquement.

Je ne peux pas être plus clair.

Je viens d'installer Avast et vous remercie de vos réponses.

Mon problème venait du fait que j'avais désactivé la connection internet avant l'installation de l'antivirus.

Donc j'ai procédé dans l'ordre inverse et cela a marché.
